MAKE IT BIG

Among the many highlights at this year’s Professional Beauty & Hair were the Make-up Competitions, which saw talented MUAs enter a range of exciting categories.

Hosted by Emma Rutherford, who is a MUA, educator and editorial director of Warpaint magazine, the judging panel included Glow Up Ireland’s Emma O’Byrne, Cathyanne Mac Allister and James Mac.

“The judges and I were very impressed with the skills and creativity of the Make-up Competitions contestants,” said Rutherford. “They did Ireland proud and we can’t wait to see what ext year will bring. A big thanks also to our goodie bag sponsors, who donated a combined total of €4,000 worth of prizes.”
