It’s hard to believe it’s already September, which is a time of year that signals lots of change. As the days begin to get shorter and colder, many clients switch up their hair and beauty choices and routines to suit the new season.

With that mind, we chat to some professionals about winter skincare, and how you can modify your facial offerings to match the weather and clients’ needs. Our hair colour feature focuses on the crucial role of consultations, and the key questions to ask to ensure you get the best results. We also bring you a round-up of the latest in heated tools so you can meet clients’ styling requests.

Meanwhile, with brows being big business, we take a look at the different treatments you can add to your menu. From shaping and tinting, to lamination, we examine why these services are a great way to boost profits.
